April ’08 has seen a sea of changes in the processing
of U.K visas. Section 320 has been introduced, which
broadly means a 10 year ban for applicants making misrepresentation
/ false documents to the visa officers or total breach
of immigration rules like overstaying. Only section
320 (7a) allows the applicant to re-apply making sure
all documents knowingly or unknowingly submitted are
original and genuine.
The case in question here, had submitted false photos
of their wedding and were rightfully denied entry clearance
based on a detailed verification report. They sought
our professional help after the damage was done. We
went through an extensive process to negate the damage,
by substantiating it with other genuine documents thereby
convincing the High Commission to issue the visa.
And here is what our grateful client has to
say:-
Hi madam,
Greetings.
Madam, today Chandana called me and told me that she
has got her visa stamped.
Thanks for all your help and guidance, with out which
this could not have happened.
I know how critical you were in the whole process guiding
us.
Madam, I am feeling short of words to convey my thanks.
Thanks to you and your team.
Cheers,
Prashanth
