Globalization in the present scenario
has paved the way for increased business opportunities
and business immigration throughout the world. Corporations,
either big or small are expressing their willingness
and desire to expand their business beyond horizons.
Regardless of the liberalized trade policies unveiled
by various governments, the United States of America
is one of the prominent destinations preferred by majority
of the Corporates for establishment of their business
houses. Keeping in pace with the current trends, Indian

in developing their business across verticals especially
in USA.

the corporate would study the feasibility of setting
up a business, avail training from the foreign counterpart,
negotiate business deals and so on. Here a B-1 or the
Business Visitor visa will be utilized. The next is
the Organization stage in which, the Indian Company
opts for establishing a subsidiary or affiliate in the
US and to send its prominent employee for that purpose.
At this phase, the company would require a L1 or Intra
Company transfer visa.
The final stage is Expansion of business that necessitates
the filing of H1b for technical or specialty occupations.
