The Course is divided into Three Modules:

1. INTRODUCTION TO IMMIGRATION LAW: provides a solid grounding in the basics of Immigration Law – The differences between U.S/U.K Immigration Procedures - Non-Immigrant Visas like Tourist, students, H1 / H4, L1 / L/2, PBS Tier 1, dependants etc, Consular processing issues.
2 classes per week - 2 hour duration each for 2 months.
Small Batches of not more than 5 students per batch.

2. ADVANCED MODULE: Other Non- Immigrant Visas like PBS Tier 2, 4, & 5 – Immigrant visas like Employment & Family based Green Cards, Permanent Residency, Settlement etc – Etiquette in Business Communication, document compilation.
2 classes per week - 2 hour duration each for 3 months.
Small Batches of not more than 5 students per batch.

3. PRACTICAL TRAINING: Real time Training in the nuances of Immigration Law – Students Gain a practical understanding of the law with the ability to assist and advise Immigrants with resolving their Immigration problems.
3 classes per week - 3 hour duration each for 3 months.
Small Batches of not more than 5 students per batch.
Fees: Rs.50,000/-
