Mr. Gilbert C. Ferrer is an Attorney at
Law and a specialist in US Immigration and Nationality
Law. He has been practicing Immigration Law for the
past 15 years. He is a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the
prestigious Harvard Law School, Cambridge, USA. Previously,
he was the Senior Counsel for Immigration Law at Dell
Inc., before establishing the Law Firm of Gilbert C
Ferrer, PLLC situated in the financial district of New
York City in USA.
Mr. Gilbert C. Ferrer represents diverse business houses
such as software companies, hospitals, banks, import
/ export firms and general businesses as well as individuals
in all immigration matters. He has particular expertise
in aiding companies based outside the US in establishing
new branches, affiliates or subsidiaries in the US and
arranging for the appropriate immigration status for
their key employees.
He is currently the Chair of the Business Immigration
Law Subcommittee (Immigration and Nationality Law Committee)
of the New York County Lawyers Association and is the
member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association
Department of Labor Liaison Committee (New York Chapter).
