PBS TIER 1 ENTREPRENEUR

This category is for people wishing to set-up or take over existing businesses in the U.K and willing to be actively involved with its running.

Requirements:

1. Need to show funds to the tune of GBP 200,000/- or above, either personal or third party finance.
2. Funds should be held in regulated institutions by the home regulator
3. Funds should be disposable in the U.K
4. Mandatory English language criteria to be fulfilled.
5. Maintenance funds of GBP 2800/- for primary applicant and GBP 1600/- for each dependant accompanying the applicant. Funds should be held for a minimum 3 month, continuous period.

All applicants intending to enter the U.K in the above category must go thro Entry clearance with the respective British High Commissions holding jurisdiction to their place of residence. The visa will be stamped fro 3 years in most cases.
